Birthday Ball Committee Meeting

On Saturday, August 24th, the Birthday Ball Committee will meet at Perkins - which is on Newberry Road between the Oaks Mall and I-75.  Meeting starts at 9:30.  We cannot reserve a table so the first people there should get a table for 8.  We can expand if necessary but we usually have no more than 8.

We should be finalizing table gifts to purchase (glassware versus something else.) 

If you have information on sponsors or advertisers, please bring that with you.  

If you are working with any other area of the Ball and want to join us to either ask questions or give an update, we are glad to have everyone there. 

As always you will be able to order a meal as we meet.
