The Board of Trustees and the Detachment Staff meet to receive reports, get updates on projects and set the agenda for the upcoming general meeting. The meeting is open to all members.
While this meeting is primarily for the Board and staff, all members are welcomed.
Each month we take time on the third Thursday to have a social event with no business, just hanging out.
Feel free to bring guests. This is an open event.
This month we meet at BJ's Brewhouse on Newberry Road, by the Oaks Mall and right across from North Florida Regional Hospital.

The Gator Detachment recognizes that in this holiday season and with Christmas rapidly approaching, it is time to let our officers and members take a break from the business of the detachment and spend this time with family.
We will resume our business meetings on the fourth Tuesday of January 2026.
