We will have a planning meeting to finalize the details for the Car Show. The meeting will be held at the High Springs Brewery on Sunday, November 23rd at 6:30pm. The address there is 18562 NW 237th Street, High Springs, FL.
The car show is scheduled for December 6th.
If you are already working with the team, thank you for what you are doing and we hope you can make it.
If you would like to volunteer to help out, please feel free to join us. You are invited to attend and if there is something you can do to help, we will enjoy having you as part of the team!
The Gator Detachment recognizes that with the approach of Thanksgiving and the holiday season, it is time to let our officers and members take a break from the business of the detachment and spend this time with family.
We will resume our business meetings on the fourth Tuesday of January 2026.

The Board of Trustees and the Detachment Staff meet to receive reports, get updates on projects and set the agenda for the upcoming general meeting. The meeting is open to all members.
While this meeting is primarily for the Board and staff, all members are welcomed.
Each month we take time on the third Thursday to have a social event with no business, just hanging out.
Feel free to bring guests. This is an open event.
This month we meet at BJ's Brewhouse on Newberry Road, by the Oaks Mall and right across from North Florida Regional Hospital.
